50. PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH WASHINGTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR NUTRITIONAL AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY EDUCATION Approve a non-financial Partnership Agreement (PA) between Washington Elementary School District (WESD) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Arizona Nutrition Network (AzNN) to provide nutrition and physical activity education programs and services to the schools in this district. This PA is part of the AzNN Grant. This PA will be in effect from October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2018. (C-86-15-102-M-00)
