49. AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH SCOTTSDALE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR DIETETIC INTERNSHIP PROGRAM Approve the Affiliation Agreement entitled “Dietetic Internship Program” with Scottsdale Unified School District (SUSD) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide clinical nutrition training experience for graduate students in the dietetic internship program. This Agreement is non-financial, and the term is to be from March 1, 2015 through June 30, 2019. (C-86-15-103-3-00)
