74. AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH GILBERT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT # 41 FOR DIETETIC INTERNSHIP PROGRAM Approve the Affiliation Agreement entitled “Dietetic Internship Program” with Gilbert Unified School District # 41 (GUSD) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide clinical nutrition training experience for graduate students in the dietetic internship program. This Agreement is non-financial, and the term is to be from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2020. (C-86-15-109-3-00)
