59. AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH DEER VALLEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT #97 FOR CLINICAL NUTRITION TRAINING Approve the Affiliation Agreement entitled “Dietetic Internship Program” with Deer Valley Unified School District #97 (DVUSD) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide clinical nutrition training experience for graduate students in the dietetic internship program. This Agreement is non-financial, and the term is to be from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2020. (C-86-15-115-M-00)
