66. FEE FUND BUDGET APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT FOR OFFICE OF VITAL REGISTRATION Approve a one-time expenditure of $208,500 from fund balance in the Department of Public Health Fee Fund (265). In addition, per A.R.S. §42-17106(B), reduce the FY 2016 expenditure appropriation in the Non-Departmental (470) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring (0001) Potential Expenditures from Fund Balance line by $208,500 and increase the FY 2016 expenditure appropriation in the Department of Public Health (860) Office of Vital Registration Fee Fund (265) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). Approval of this action will support the Office of Vital Registration Tenant Improvement at Greenfield location, enhance OVR HRRF Onbase project, and procure fleet vehicle necessary to sustain its field programs and transport to various OVR sites valley wide. The Department of Public Health’s FY2015-16 indirect rate from fees is 13.5%; therefore $24,800 is allowable and fully recoverable. (C-86-16-003-2-00)
