48. STUDENT ROTATION TRAINING AGREEMENT WITH RUTGERS THE STATE UNIVERSITY OF NEW JERSEY Approve the Student Rotation Training Agreement between Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey on behalf of its School of Social Work and the Department of Public Health to provide public health training experience for Rutgers/SSW students in the MCDPH Public Health Policy Development program. The agreement is non-financial, and the term of the agreement is to be from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2020. The agreement would allow students from the Rutgers University SSW to complete unpaid educational rotations in the policy development program and other offices, and to develop a working partnership with MCDPH.
