102. AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT WITH BELTMANN RELOCATION GROUP FOR USE OF REGIONAL DISTRIBUTION SERVICES In response to COVID-19, approve amendment No. 3 to RFP Contract 860-15-30A, Regional Distribution Services, between Beltmann Relocation Group (BRG) and Maricopa County, by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Office of Preparedness and Response, to continue to provide a secondary regional distribution site for public health emergencies. I. The contract term is extended for an additional six (6) months from March 9, 2021 through September 8, 2021. This is a 2nd six-month extension beyond the original maximum 5-year term, making the total term 6 years from September 9, 2015 through September 8, 2021. II. Increase the total not to exceed amount over the life of the contract to $800,000. This includes the initial budget of $70,000 that was included in the original 3-year term. DMS was a successful respondent to a Request for Proposal issued by MCDPH (PH RFP 15-030), pursuant to MCI-330. The award was issued on August 4, 2015. (C-86-16-011-3-03)
