37. STUDENT ROTATION TRAINING AGREEMENT WITH RETS TECH CENTER, INC. FOR EDUCATIONAL TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE Approve the Student Rotation Training Agreement between RETS Tech Center, Inc. dba Fortis College Phoenix and the Department of Public Health to provide public health training experience for Fortis students in the MCDPH Public Health Policy Development program. The agreement is non-financial, and the term of the agreement is to be from October 1, 2015 through June 30, 2020. The agreement would allow students from Fortis College to complete unpaid educational rotations in the policy development program and other offices, and to develop a working partnership with MCDPH.
