36. CLINICAL EXPERIENCE AGREEMENT WITH YAVAPAI COMMUNITY HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION FOR DIETETIC INTERNSHIP PROGRAM Approve the Clinical Experience Agreement with Yavapai Community Hospital Association dba Yavapai Regional Medical Center to provide clinical nutrition training experience for graduate students in the dietetic internship. The agreement is non-financial, and the term is to be retroactive from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2020. As a part of its established accredited dietetic internship program, the Department of Public Health seeks to provide its dietetic interns with a broad and diverse practicum experience. This agreement with YRMC will allow dietetic interns to receive approved practicum experience in clinical nutrition. Supervised by YRMC registered dietitians at YRMC facilities, interns would continue to be responsible to Public Health. This agreement is non-financial, and does not affect the County general fund.
