IGA WITH FOWLER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR SCHOOL-BASED TOBACCO USE PREVENTION AND EDUCATION SERVICES Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Fowler Elementary School District and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide School-based Tobacco Use Prevention and Education Services; School Health Index (SHI). Funding is in the not-to-exceed amount of $8,000 for the budget period beginning November 19, 2015 through May 31, 2016. (C-86-16-061-3-00)
