73. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH WASHINGTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR SCHOOL-BASED TOBACCO USE PREVENTION AND EDUCATION SERVICES - SHI Approve Amendment No. 1 to Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Washington Elementary School District and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide increased funding to School-based Tobacco Use Prevention and Education Services; School Health Index (SHI). The increased funding amount is $12,000.00, bringing the total aggregate not-to-exceed amount from $8,000.00 to $20,000.00, for the budget period beginning November 19, 2015 through May 31, 2016.
