25. IGA WITH LITCHFIELD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR SCHOOL-BASED TOBACCO USE PREVENTION AND EDUCATION SERVICES Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Litchfield Elementary School District and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide School-based Tobacco Use Prevention and Education Services; School Health Implementation Plan (SHIP). Funding is in the not-to-exceed amount of $2,500 for the budget period beginning November 16, 2015 through May 31, 2016. (C-86-16-063-3-00)
