69. FEE FUND BUDGET APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT FOR OFFICE OF VITAL REGISTRATION Approve a one-time expenditure of $444,663 from fund balance in the Department of Public Health Fee Fund (265). In addition, per A.R.S. §42-17106(B), reduce the FY2016 expenditure appropriation in the Non-Departmental (470) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring (0001) Contingency by $444,663 and increase the FY2016 expenditure appropriation in the Department of Public Health (860) Office of Vital Registration Fee Fund (265) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). Approval of this action will support the Office of Vital Registration Tenant Improvement at the new North Phoenix location. The Department of Public Health’s FY2015-16 indirect rate from fees is 13.5%; therefore $52,889 is allowable and fully recoverable. (C-86-16-069-3-00)
