52. PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH PHOENIX PUBLIC MARKET FOR WIC SERVICES Approve a non-monetary Partnership Agreement (PA) between Phoenix Public Market (PPM) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Women, Infant and Children Services (WIC) to provide WIC services on the premises of Phoenix Public Market. This PA is part of the WIC Services grant. This PA will be in effect from March 1, 2016, to February 28, 2017. (C-86-16-072-3-00)

34. AMENDMENT TO PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH PHOENIX PUBLIC MARKET FOR WIC SERVICES Approve a non-monetary Amendment to a Partnership Agreement (PA) between Phoenix Public Market (PPM) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Women, Infant and Children Services (WIC) to provide WIC services on the premises of Phoenix Public Market. The PA is hereby amended as specified below: A. F. IT IS MUTUALLY UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES THAT: 2. EFFECTIVE DATE will be replaced with: 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: This Partnership Agreement will begin as of March 1, 2016 and end on February 28, 2017. Thereafter this Partnership Agreement will be automatically renewed for an additional one (1) year term ending on February 28, 2018, without the necessity of notice of action be either party, however this Partnership Agreement may be terminated as provided by options within this Partnership Agreement. Thereafter, commencing on March 1, 2018, this Partnership Agreement will be automatically renewed for successive one (1) year terms, without the necessity of notice of action by either party, however this Partnership Agreement may be terminated as provided by options within this Partnership Agreement. B. F. IT IS MUTUALLY UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES THAT: 4. TERMINATION will be replaced with: 4. TERMINATION: Either Party may terminate this Partnership Agreement with or without cause at any time with thirty (30) days written notice to the other Party.
