AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH KYRENE SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR SCHOOL-BASED TOBACCO USE PREVENTION AND EDUCATION SERVICES - SHIP Approve an Amendment No. 1 to Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Kyrene School District and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide increased funding to School-based Tobacco Use Prevention and Education Services; School Health Index (SHIP). The increased funding is in the not-to-exceed amount of $2,500.00, bringing the aggregate not-to-exceed amount from $10,000.00 to $12,500.00, for the budget period beginning November 19, 2015 through May 31, 2016.
