AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH CARTWRIGHT SCHOOL DISTRICT #83 FOR SCHOOL-BASED TOBACCO USE PREVENTION AND EDUCATION SERVICES -SHI Approve an Amendment No. 1 to Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Cartwright School District and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide increased funding to School-based Tobacco Use Prevention and Education Services; School Health Index (SHI). The increased funding amount is $2,000.00, bringing the total aggregate not-to-amount from $12,000.00 to $14,000.00, for the budget period beginning November 20, 2015 through May 31, 2016.
