IGA WITH LAVEEN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR SCHOOL-BASED TOBACCO USE PREVENTION AND EDUCATION SERVICE - SHI Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Laveen Elementary School District and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide funding for School-based Tobacco Use Prevention and Education Services; School Health Index (SHI).
