AMENDMENT TO THE AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH THE KINESIOLOGY DEPARTMENT, IOWA STATE UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Approve the Amendment to the Affiliation Agreement with Dietetic Internship and the Kinesiology Department, Iowa State University of Science and Technology to allow students to continue to participate in learning experiences at the Maricopa County Departments of Public Health and Human Services. The agreement is non-financial, and the term is to be extended from January 1, 2016 through June 30, 2025. The agreement would allow certain students from Iowa State University to continue to complete unpaid educational rotations with the Epidemiology program and other programs, and to sustain a working partnership with MCDPH. It also adds the Human Services Department to the agreement. (C-86-16-089-3-01)
