68. COMMUNITY SERVICES COLLABORATION AGREEMENT WITH UNITED HEALTHCARE SERVICES, INC. FOR WIC SERVICES Approve a non-monetary Community Services Collaboration Agreement (CA) between United Healthcare Services, Inc. and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Women, Infant and Children Services (WIC) to provide outreach and coordination of community services to eligible women, infants and children. This agreement will help facilitate referrals from United Healthcare Services and their members to the Maricopa County WIC program. This CA will be in effect from July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2018.
