47. AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH VEDRES FAMILY INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP, LP Approve and execute Amendment No. 2 for Lease Agreement L-7466 with Vedres Family Investments Partnership, LP, Lessor, for 4,243 square feet of office and clinical space located at 2737 W. Southern Avenue, Suite 10, Tempe, AZ. The lease will provide space for a Public Health Department Women and Infant Children Nutrition Program (WIC). The Agreement term will be for five (5) years commencing on October 1, 2021 and expiring on September 30, 2026 at an annual rate of $59,359.57 plus rental tax with a 2% increase each year. The County may renew the lease for one additional 5-year term upon written mutual agreement. The County will have exclusive use of three (3) covered parking spaces at no cost. The remaining parking is on a first-come first-served basis. The County may terminate the Agreement for non-appropriation funds and is subject to the provisions in A.R.S. §38-511.
