46. PROVIDER AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHWEST CATHOLIC HEALTH NETWORK CORPORATION DBA MERCY CARE PLAN AND MERCY CARE ADVANTAGE Approve a retroactive Provider Agreement between Southwest Catholic Health Network Corporation dba as Mercy Care Plan and Mercy Care Advantage and Maricopa County and Clinical Services. This Agreement shall be effective for an initial term of one year beginning August 1, 2016 and thereafter shall automatically renew for additional terms of one year each, unless and until terminated in accordance with Article 6.0. This Agreement allows the Public Health Clinic to bill Mercy Care Advantage, an Arizona health plan, for reimbursable client services provided at the Public Health Clinic. This allows the Public Health Clinic to generate additional revenue for the program. The overall fee fund budget will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate an increase in revenue through a future reconciliation. (C-86-17-003-3-00)
