42. STUDENT ROTATION TRAINING AGREEMENT WITH UNIVERSITY OF PHOENIX, INC. Approve the Student Rotation Training Agreement with University of Phoenix, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Apollo Education Group, Inc., to allow students to participate in learning experiences at the Maricopa County Department of Public Health. The agreement is non-financial, and the term is to be from September 1, 2016 through June 30, 2021. The agreement would allow students from the University of Phoenix to complete unpaid educational rotations with the STD program and other programs, and to sustain a working partnership with MCDPH.
