42. DATA ACCESS/EXCHANGE AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR ACCESS TO THE SAFETY DATA MART Approve this non-monetary Data Access / Exchange Agreement between ADOT and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Epidemiology Program. This Agreement allows MCDPH access to ADOT’s electronic ‘Safety Data Mart’ in order to query, analyze, and retrieve crash data to be used in the community health needs and health impact assessments. This Agreement is effective upon full execution and may be terminated by either party upon thirty (30) day written notice. (C-86-17-011-3-00)
