63. DATA USE AGREEMENT WITH CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL CORPORATION D/B/A BOSTON CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL Approve a non-financial Data use Agreement for Research between Boston Children’s Hospital (BCH), a Charitable Corporation and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Disease Control, for access to anonymized data collected by Boston Children’s Hospital. MCDPH agrees to use the data for local public health surveillance and as defined in Appendix A of this Agreement. This agreement shall be effective upon signature by all parties and shall remain in effect for one (1) year, unless terminated earlier with 30 day written notice. (C-86-17-012-3-00)
