63. UNSOLICITED ANONYMOUS DONATION AWARD FOR THE HEALTHCARE FOR THE HOMELESS Approve Unsolicited Anonymous Donation Award to Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Healthcare for the Homeless (HCH). This anonymous grant provides HCH with funds in the amount of $5,000 for the term, October 11, 2016 through February 15, 2017. These funds will be used to benefit homeless residents of Maricopa County during the 2016 holiday season. In addition, unspent funds from this holiday season may be used for future holiday events. This action authorizes the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to execute all documents necessary to receive this donation and grant on behalf of the Department of Public Health. Also, approve an increase in appropriation for both revenue and expenditures in fund 532 in the amount of $5,000. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. Approval of this action does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. The overall budget will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate this donation through a future reconciliation. This donation will not affect the County General Fund. (C-86-17-016-D-00)
