AGREEMENT WITH STATE FARM INSURANCE FOR STRATEGIC NATIONAL STOCKPILE ASSETS Approve the Agreement between State Farm Insurance and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH); Office of Preparedness Response (OPR) to provide Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) Assets in the event of a public health emergency.
