ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO IGA AMENDMENT BETWEEN DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND PEORIA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT STAND PROGRAM Approve an administrative correction to the action taken on October 21, 2020, under item C-86-17-041-3-05 to Amendment 5 of the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Peoria Unified School District and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to continue to provide School-based Tobacco Use Prevention and Education Services; Students Taking A New Direction (STAND). The administrative correction is needed to reflect changes to “Attachment B” of the school site coordinator requirements to remove previously added COVID related coalition activities and update stipend requirements.
