NOTICE AND CONSENT TO ASSIGN TO STUDENT ROTATION TRAINING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA COLLEGE ACQUISITION LLC D/B/A KAPLAN UNIVERSITY Approve the assignment of Student Rotation Training Agreement with Iowa College Acquisition LLC d/b/a Kaplan University (Kaplan) from Kaplan to Purdue University Global, Inc, (PG). PG has assumed all rights and obligation of this agreement. All other terms and requirements of the original agreement remain in full force and effect. This agreement allows students from Kaplan University to complete unpaid educational rotations with the Epidemiology program and other programs, and to sustain a working partnership with MCDPH.
