STUDENT ROTATION TRAINING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA COLLEGE ACQUISITION LLC D/B/A KAPLAN UNIVERSITY Approve the Student Rotation Training Agreement with Iowa College Acquisition LLC d/b/a Kaplan University to allow students to participate in learning experiences at the Maricopa County Department of Public Health. The agreement is non-financial, and the term is to be from December 1, 2016 through June 30, 2021.
