35. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS FOR ECONOMIC ANALYSIS Approve Amendment No. 3 to the IGA between Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR), a body corporate, for and on behalf of Arizona State University (ASU) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Office of Epidemiology, for continued funding of the economic analysis program. The amendment amount is $35,000 for the budget period February 1, 2020 through January 31, 2021, for an aggregate not-to exceed amount of $140,000 for years 1 through 4 of the 5 year IGA beginning February 1, 2017 and expiring January 31, 2022. This amendment includes a revised Exhibit A. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement and its amendments shall remain in full force and effect. This Intergovernmental Agreement was procured under Section MC1-1001 of the Maricopa County Procurement Code. (C-86-17-045-3-03)
