45. AMENDMENT TO FACILITY USE AGREEMENT WITH CHANDLER UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT Approve and execute the Third Amendment to Facility Use Agreement (P50255) with Chandler Unified School District No. 80 and Maricopa County (County) for County use of a portion of the Chandler CARE Center located at 777 E. Galveston Street, Chandler, AZ. The County’s Assistant County Manager and/or the Real Estate Director may administer this Agreement. This amendment extends the term of the Agreement through July 1, 2027. There is no cost to the County. The property is in Supervisorial District 1. (C-86-17-048-L-03)
