PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH UPTOWN FARMERS MARKET FOR WIC SERVICES Approve a non-monetary Partnership Agreement (PA) between Uptown Farmers Market (UFM) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Women, Infant and Children Services (WIC) to provide WIC services on the premises of UFM. This PA is part of the WIC Services grant. This PA will be in effect from March 15, 2017 and end on March 14, 2018. Thereafter, this Agreement will be automatically renewed for up to five (5) additional one (1) year periods, without the necessity of notice of action by either party.
