STUDENT ROTATION TRAINING AGREEMENT WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON Approve the Student Rotation Training Agreement with the University of Houston to allow students to participate in learning experiences at the Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH). The agreement is non-financial, and the term is to be from December 1, 2016 through June 30, 2021. The agreement would allow students from the University of Houston to complete unpaid educational rotations with the WIC program and other programs, and to sustain a working partnership with MCDPH.
