EDUCATION AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH MICHELLE BERMAN, MS, RD, CDE, LLC D.B.A. THE NUTRITION PROFESSIONALS TO PROVIDE CLINICAL NUTRITION TRAINING Approve the Education Affiliation Agreement with Michelle Berman, MS, RD, CDE, LLC d.b.a. The Nutrition Professionals to provide clinical nutrition training experience for graduate students in the dietetic internship. The agreement is non-financial, and the term is to be from May 1, 2017 through June 30, 2022. As a part of its established accredited dietetic internship program, the Department of Public Health seeks to provide its dietetic interns with a broad and diverse practicum experience. This agreement with The Nutrition Professionals will allow dietetic interns to continue to receive approved practicum experience in clinical nutrition. Supervised by registered dietitians in Nutrition Professionals facilities, interns would continue to be responsible to Public Health. This agreement is non-financial, and does not affect the County general fund. (C-86-17-060-3-00)
