FEE FUND BUDGET APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENTS Per ARS 42-17106(B), authorize the following amendment to the FY 2017 budget: 1) Decrease the revenue and expenditure authority for the Non Departments (D470) Non Departmental Grant (249) Operating (OPER) Contingency in the not-to-exceed amount of $495,000. 2) Increase the expenditure authority in the Public Health (D860) Fee Fund (265) Operating (OPER) in the not-to-exceed amount to $495,000. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenue duly adopted by the Board pursuant to ARS 42-17105.
