INTERNSHIP AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH UTAH STATE UNIVERSITY Approve the Internship Affiliation Agreement with Utah State University (USU) to allow students to participate in learning experiences at the Maricopa County Department of Public Health. The agreement is non-financial, and the term is to be from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2022.
