87. BUSINESS ASSOCIATE AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHWEST CENTER Approve the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Southwest Center (SWC) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Clinical Services. This is a non-financial agreement between the parties. The term of this Agreement shall become effective upon the last signature and shall continue to be in effect until terminated by either party. This agreement allows for a STD Clinician to be stationed in the Southwest Center Clinic at 1101 N. Central Avenue. Clinician will provide exams and treatment to MCDPH clients that have tested positive for a STD and those who have had contact with positive STD cases. Currently, these patients are being referred to the MCDPH STD Clinic for treatment. This will mitigate wait times at the MCDPH STD Clinic, ensuring clients who are infected are treated, and provide more convenient services to clients being screened. (C-86-18-006-3-00)
