ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION TO REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT Approve administrative action granting the Real Estate Director the authority to modify License Agreement P50311 (“Agreement”) between the City of Scottsdale and Maricopa County for a WIC clinic located at 6535 East Osborn Road in Scottsdale. The existing Use Area for the County’s WIC clinic has been relocated within the City-owned property and reduced from 143 to 130 square feet resulting in a revised annual Use Fee. The revised Use Fee, effective July 1, 2022, will be $1,651.76 per year plus rental tax. The Real Estate Director sha ll have the authority to administer the changes related to the Use Area and Use Fee. The licensed property is in Supervisorial District No. 2 (C-86-18-022-M-05)
