30. CONTRACT WITH CITY OF TEMPE FOR ARIZONA NUTRITION NETWORK SERVICES, SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM – EDUCATION AND LOCAL INCENTIVE AWARD SERVICES Approve the Contract MA D860 180168 between City of Tempe and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide funding for Arizona Nutrition Network (AzNN), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program – Education (SNAP-Ed) and Local Incentive Award (LIA) Services. The Contract is for a term of one (1) year date beginning October 1, 2017 and ending September 30, 2018. The County may, at its option and with the agreement of the Contractor, renew the term of this Contract for additional terms up to a maximum of five (5) years, (or at the County’s sole discretion, extend the contract on a month-to-month basis for a maximum of six (6) months after expiration). The funding amount is not-to-exceed $361,901.00 for the budget period October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018. Maricopa County’s indirect rate for FY2017-18 is 16.6%. This Contractor is a subrecipient and is not subject to indirect charges. This Contractor was a successful respondent to PH RFP 171202 issued by the Maricopa County Department of Public Health. This Contract was procured under Section MC1-330 of the Maricopa County Procurement Code. (C-86-18-029-3-00)
