123. LEASE AGREEMENT WITH MARICOPA COUNTY SPECIAL HEALTHCARE DISTRICT Approve and execute Lease Agreement No. P-50310 between Maricopa County Special Healthcare District (Lessor) and Maricopa County (Lessee) for use of Sixty (60) square feet at 12428 W. Thunderbird Road, El Mirage, AZ 85335. Through this Lease Agreement, Maricopa County Public Health, through its Women Infants and Children (WIC) Division, will provide WIC program services at no charge to presenting clientele including services from associated partners. This new lease will commence November 1, 2017 and expire approximately three (3) years later on September 30, 2020. At the end of the initial term the Lease will be shall automatically renew for seven (7) additional one (1) year periods for a total of ten (10) years). Either Party may terminate the agreement upon ninety (90) day written notice to the other, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-511 or at the end of any fiscal year. The annual use fee will be $1.00 (One Dollar).
