AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH WASHINGTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR DENTAL SEALANT PROGRAM SERVICES Approve a non-financial Amendment 1 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Washington Elementary School District (WESD) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health, Office of Oral Health Dental Sealant Program for free dental sealant services for WESD students. This amendment extends the term for one year (1) to begin January 1, 2020 and end December 31, 2020. All terms and conditions of the original MOU shall remain in full force until terminated by either party. The contract may be extended for additional one (1) year periods, not to exceed a total extended term of five (5) years. This amendment is for year three of the five year term. (C-86-18-045-3-01)
