74. AMENDMENT TO STUDENT TRAINING ROTATION AGREEMENT WITH CAPELLA UNIVERSITY Approve the third Amendment to the Student Rotation Training Agreement with Capella University which allow students to continue to participate in learning experiences at both the Maricopa County Department of Public Health and the Maricopa County Departmen t of Correctional Health. The agreement is to include Cyber Insurance as specified below: Cyber, Network Security, and Privacy Liability: Cyber, Network Security and Privacy Liability Insurance with a limit of not less than $5,000,000 per claim. The p olicy shall include, but not be limited to; coverage for all directors, officers, agents and employees of Capella University, losses with respect to network risks (such as data breaches, unauthorized access or use, and ID theft of data), violations of the rights of privacy (regardless of the type of media involved in the loss of private information), crisis management, identity theft response costs, breach notification costs, credit remediation, and credit monitoring, defense, and claims expenses, regulator y defense costs plus fines and penalties, cyber extortion, electronic data restoration expenses (data asset protection), and network business interruption. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. MC DPH and Capella have had an affiliation in place since February 1, 2018. (C-86-18-072-3-03)
