49. FACILITIES USE REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH ST. MARY’S FOOD BANK ALLIANCE Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Facilities Use Revocable License Agreement (FURL) P-50324, with St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance, an Arizona non-profit corporation (SMFBA) for use of space at eleven (11) Maricopa County Department of Public Health Women, Infant and Children (MCDPH-WIC) clinics. The agreement term will begin June 4, 2018 and expire July 31, 2018, unless terminated earlier as provided for in the agreement. Either Party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice to the other. The FURL will allow St. Marys’ Food Bank Alliance to provide a Summer Meal Service Program to youth under age 18 at the MCDPH-WIC facilities. Article 4.3 of the agreement allows the Department Director, or his designee, authority to change the time, date, or location of the use so long as there is no cost to the County.
