58. NOTICE OF AWARD AND AGREEMENT WITH VITALYST HEALTH FOUNDATION Approve a Notice of Grant Award and agreement between Vitalyst Health Foundation (Vitalyst) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide funding for the Live Well Arizona mini-grant. This funding will support the YouthMapping project which aims to empower youth and improve opportunities and supports in Maryvale. Funding is in the not-to-exceed amount of $15,000 for the 6 month budget period beginning at execution of the agreement by County. MCDPH’s indirect rate for FY 2017-18 is 16.6%. The full indirect costs are estimated at $2,136, all of which is fully-recoverable. Departmental indirect rates are reestablished at the beginning of each fiscal year and the future indirect rates will be collected at the corresponding rates. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore expenditure of the revenues is not prohibited by the budget law. This Amendment does not alter the budget constraining expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105. The overall grant budget will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate this grant through a future reconciliation. (C-86-18-081-3-00)
