80. AFFILIATION AGREEMENT FOR DIETETIC INTERNSHIP Approve a retroactive Affiliation Agreement with Champagne and Paper Planes (CPP) to provide clinical nutrition training experience for graduate students in the dietetic internship. The agreement is non-financial, and the term is to be from June 1, 2018 through June 30, 2022. Also, the retroactive status is due to late return of the signed document by CPP. As a part of its established accredited dietetic internship program, the Department of Public Health seeks to provide its dietetic interns with a broad and diverse practicum experience. This agreement with Champagne and Paper Planes will allow dietetic interns to continue to receive approved practicum experience in clinical nutrition. Supervised by CPP registered dietitians in CPP facilities, interns would continue to be responsible to Public Health. This agreement is non-financial, and does not affect the County general fund.
