USER AGREEMENT WITH MARYVALE CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE Approve a non-financial User Agreement between Maryvale Church of the Nazarene and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide YouthMapping activities at the Church. The project will include data collection on youth serving organizations in the Maryvale community and attempt to identity gaps. The program provides positive youth development activities. The YouthMapping project term is June 18, 2018 through August 2, 2018. This location will be utilized within that time frame as a “Command Center”. (C-86-18-099-3-00)
