POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION FORMS 222 AND ELECTRONIC PHARMACY ORDERS Approve the ‘Power of Attorney’ (POA) for Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Form 222 and Electronic Orders, in order to authorize the Pharmacy Supervisor to enroll the MCDPH Pharmacy in the Controlled Substance Ordering System (CSOS). This is a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) program and allows for secure, on-line ordering of Schedule I-V controlled substances. This is a non-financial action.
