78. CLINICAL EDUCATION AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH OPTION CARE ENTERPRISES, INC. TO PROVIDE CLINICAL NUTRITION TRAINING EXPERIENCE Approve the Clinical Education Affiliation Agreement with Option Care Enterprises, Inc. to provide clinical nutrition training experience for graduate students in the dietetic internship. The agreement is non-financial, and the term is to be from the date the Agreement is executed by Option Care through June 30, 2023. As a part of its established accredited dietetic internship program, the Department of Public Health seeks to provide its dietetic interns with a broad and diverse practicum experience. This agreement with Option Care will allow dietetic interns to continue to receive approved practicum experience in clinical nutrition. Supervised by Option Care registered dietitians in Option Care facilities, interns would continue to be responsible to Public Health. This agreement is non-financial, and does not affect the County general fund. (C-86-19-019-3-00)
