AGREEMENT WITH EQUALITY HEALTH FOR HEALTHY START SERVICES Approve a non-financial Partnership Agreement (PA) between Equality Health and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) Healthy Start program. Equality Health will provide referral of interested members for appropriate Healthy Start services. This PA will be in effect from December 1, 2018 through March 31, 2019.
