STUDENT ROTATION TRAINING AGREEMENT WITH ASPEN UNIVERSITY Approve the Student Rotation Training Agreement with Aspen University to allow students to participate in learning experiences at the Maricopa County Department of Public Health. The agreement is non-financial, and the term is to be from March 1, 2019 through June 30, 2023. The agreement would allow students from Aspen University to complete unpaid educational rotations with the Immunization program and other programs, and to sustain a working partnership with MCDPH.
