76. MARICOPA COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH FEE FUND TRANSFER Approve the following fund transfer and budget adjustments: 1. A fund transfer of $72,684 from the Public Health Fee Fund (265) to the Public Health Grant Fund (532). 2. An increase to the Public Health (D860) Public Health Grant Fund (532) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) revenue appropriation in the amount of $72,684. 3. An increase to the Public Health (D860) Public Health Fees (265) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) expenditure appropriation in the amount of $72,684. 4. Offsetting revenue and expenditure adjustments in Eliminations (D980) Eliminations Fund (900) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP). The purpose of the transfer is to reimburse the Public Health Grant Fund $72,684 for expenditures incurred for the implementation of the Block by Block Consulting Community Youth Mapping project approved 1/17/18 (C-18-052-3-00). These costs were not reimbursed by the grantor. The unrecovered costs will be paid for from the fund balance in the Public Health Fee Fund. MCDPH has performed all required tasks contained in the agreement yet the grantor, Block by Block Consulting, has failed to comply with its contractual payment obligations and as of this date has not responded to collection efforts by the collection agency on contract with the Maricopa County Attorney’s office. Should Block by Block Consulting honor its agreement and submit payment in total or in part, MHDPH will reimburse the Public Health Fee fund. (C-86-19-053-2-00)
